Every project we deliver is assigned to an experienced Contract Manager, whose job is to coordinate the various trades to ensure the smooth progression of every project as well as liaise with clients on the choice of materials and fixtures.
Over the years, we have developed great relationships with local architects, structural engineers, building control and first-class local specialists & suppliers, enabling us to provide the complete building package.
We have developed an open-book cost management system based on a detailed schedule of works; this will keep clients and their advisers fully informed of any variations, updated valuations and stage payments. A programme of works is agreed from the outset.

We are a building company offering new-builds, alterations, extensions, renovations and general repairs & maintenance for domestic and commercial properties. We are based in Covent Garden and operate throughout Central London.
From structural carpentry to brick to steel to glass, the process of building a project from the ground up requires proactive project management. In addition to our projects team, we can complement our trade skills by utilising our ever-present maintenance team.

Our interior work covers every aspect of plastering, tiling, painting, damp-proofing and decorating to floor finishing and bespoke joinery. We fit new kitchens and other fixtures from our list of approved suppliers or created by our own carpenters.
